Practice steps 1 and 2 until you feel comfortable enough to multitask
STEP 4
Take your time. 
STEP 5
Put one foot in front of the other. Repeat until you can accomplish steps 1,2, and 5.
STEP 6
Dispose of inhibition. 
STEP 7
DO EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO DO NOW
