My Bracket Rant

Sooooooo, my bracket sucks. Like it really, really sucks. My national champ, Indiana, lost in the Sweet 16. Not to mention they scared me half to death and nearly lost to an upset minded Temple team led by I Can Score Whenever I Want Khalif Wyatt in the second round. I have zero, that's right a big fat blank on my Final Four teams. 0 for 4. Disgraceful. Georgetown lost in the first round. The first round! Thank god FGCU won one more so I didn't have to feel so embarassed. Then, my favorite team in the country, minus St. Mary's but that's a given, Michigan St. lost to a Duke team in the Sweet 16 that I swore they had the upperhand against. ARE YOU KIDDING!? You have a 6'10 freak who blocks shots, dunks everything, and knocks down 3 pointers in Adreian Payne! Use him more. No disrespect to Derrick Nix cuz he's a cold-blooded baller in the paint, but his put backs on Triste and Appling's and Valentine's bricks are not enough to win a high level game in the tournament. UGH. To top it off, I had to witness, WITNESS, my last final four team, Ohio St. get knocked off by and nearly decapitated by Wichita St. The Shockers took the Buckeyes manhood! They ripped it from them. YOU NEVER RIP ANYTHING FROM AARON CRAFT... or so I thought. So here I am sitting pretty with no chance to win my pool that I've won the last 2 years in a row with more than 50 participants and I am still having a great time. There really is no sporting event greater. Round by round elimination, the chance for a Cinderella story (I'm speaking to you Wichita St. BEAT Louisville), and the god-given greatest part of the tournament, the chance to get it right next year.
