What to expect in the first month of 2011 is big award shows coming to the red carpet. Love watching these award shows and rating the celebs' dresses and suits with my mom as we watch the red carpet premiere. If they look good, we don't throw popcorn at the TV. But, on the other hand if they come walking down the carpet dressed like the next Lady Gaga, it will be raining popcorn.

So, the first award show I am psyched for is the Golden Globes on the 16th. This award ceremony recognizes the cream of the crop actors and actresses.

Another awards show to watch for is the Screen Actor Guilds award show on Sunday January 30, 2011.

There is the Academy Awards on February 27th too.
