Out of Rocklin

So a couple days after school got out, my family and I left for the east coast. We took the train, and it left out of Roseville. That miserable three day train trip was... well, miserable. Not so bad, but the food selection was varied, the bedrooms were impossibly tiny, and there was just no SPACE to walk or even move a whole lot. But it was a cool experience. We arrived in Chicago, spent a few days up there. We did all the touristy stuff, and even this cool architectural boat ride thingie.
Then we went to Boston, and did all of THAT touristy stuff. Boston was my favorite, we went to the shoreline harbor thing, and we walked the freedom trail, and went on some really cool really old warship, and we had awesome pizza.
And then New York, and ditto on the tourism. The weather was perfect and we saw a Broadway play and walked the abandoned L-train track that they turned into a walking path/garden thing, which was really cool. We walked times square, and all that. And then we flew home. And it was awesome.
