Break and Grades
Well, I just realized we have another full week off during February. I guess now that winter break is over we can except another nice break very soon. I am really glad RHS has that random week off. My old school did not have this, so I think it defintely pays off for me. For now, I am just going to try my best to stay on top of my grades this new semester. Its a clean slate for everyone and I am going to do my best to take advantage of it.

I am doing the same thing as you. :) I am also glad we get a week off. We will all need it by the time the break rolls around.
Same here I am going for straight A's, but the week we have off isnt a random week its a furlough week. Which means the teachers are taking that week off without pay.
It's nice having that random break in the middle of February to just be able to relax and do whatever you want
Yay! Im excited for the break! Were lucky we get the random week off! All my my teachers warned us about the third quarter drop:( hopefullay that doesnt happen to me!
I totally agree. All of my teachers say that the third quarter is when most students begin to slack off, and I am going to try my best not to let that happen! At least, as you said, we have this nice break in Febuary to break up this quarter. Hopefully that will make it seem shorter!

Furlough break cannot come soon enough...apparently its unlikely it'll happen next year though :(
