So, who listens to Taylor Swift? I'm guessing that at least 50% of you reading this enjoy her music. I know that at least 80% of mine do.
But for those who don't, she's basically a country-gal turned pop-princess. Sounds like a teenage-chick-flick plot, huh?
But the weird thing, and I think this is the thing that makes her so popular, is that her songs are very relatable. In fact, there is a well-like Facebook page called "there's a taylor swift song for everything <3" or something like that.
Whether you're sad, angry, happy, vengeful, in love, in love with a stranger, out of love, nostalgic, ecstatic, feeling like a fairy princess, nerdy, or plain-old-Normal, there's a song for you.
Personally, I don't hate her music, nor do I love it. I'm just confused on how she manages to relate to everyone, no matter their age, race, personality, or passions. She touches upon so many relatable topics, which makes her songs mean something to everyone...Whether it's first love, growing up, being angry...
I wonder how she does that?
I bet she'd be a great columnist.
