Sugar!

I just read an article about the top 11 foods with high sugars, contained not only in desserts, but in regular food products.

It made me think of how even something completely out of the ordinary and random can catch someone's attention and maybe make them laugh, too! Anyway, here is some of the facts I found surprising about some of the foods.

Number 11 was Del Monte canned peaches, and had as much sugar as 3 Rainbow Popsicles. Quaker Natural Granola Oat, Honey & Raisins cereal was number ten, and had 12g of fat and 30g of sugar, which is the sugar equivalent of 2 scoops of Fudge Tracks Ice Cream! Might as well eat the ice cream, since it's so similar! At number seven was Lunchables Turkey, Cheddar, and Crackers with 22 g of fat and 61 g of sugar. Sugar equivalent: 6 Reese's Peanut Butter cups!
