It got me thinking that we, as editors, just aren't doing enough to be awful at our jobs. We really haven't gone that extra mile that it takes to truly suck.
We've got to step up our game if we want to inspire our writers to start giving us their lowest quality work! They look towards the editors for an example, and we've got to show them what it takes to be awful. That's all I'm saying.
So ditch the spell check, screw deadlines, and do all you can to do your worst! <3
