The End

I'm extremely exciting for school ending soon. These next two weeks are going to insane, but after AP tests hopefully it's smooth sailing. That seems to be the topic on everyone's lips lately, and the stress level is rising as AP tests come ever nearer. Gah. This Friday I will be testing down in Santa Clara for my third degree black belt. I'm somewhat really nervous, but I think I'm ready and hopefully I will do fine. It's a two day test, so I will be there for Friday from around 1 o clock and then Saturday all day until like midnight. Sunday will consist of intense studying for both Chemistry and Psychology tests the next day, so I will be AP testing from 8 am to 4 pm that day wheee. Amanda Wong is applying for an internship at the District Attorney's office this summer. She did an interview with judge Michael Savage for her career project and he recommended her for said intership. I think she'll definitely get it because she is a crazy awesome pretrial attorney in Mock Trial and she is Amanda Wong. Happy studying everyone, and have a merry close-to-end of school year.

The Search for College Begins

As a current sophomore in highschool the stress is starting to sink in about finding a college. This decision is one that will affect the rest of your life, the friends you will have, the job opportunities presented, and the life-long experiences you will go through. This spring break me and my family took the opportunity to drive down the coast in the search for my future college. Two of my favorites had to be Cal Poly and UC Santa Barbara. While my mother was picking up pamphlets on the acedemic aspects of the colleges, my sisters and I admired the college life presented there. The fact that the average gpa of the incoming freshman of UC Santa Barbara being a 4.1 presented a problem but with great motivation for the next couple years at Rocklin High.

Break

This break was pretty laid back. I had a baseball tourney which we won with a 5-0 record. I only hung out with one friend all break and then had to clean house for my brother's birthday party. good times.

I Need Summer

Obviously. I procrastinated on a blog. I feel pathetic; summer, rejuvinate me.

Spring Break

I've done this once before...but I like it so I shall do it again.

Work. Work. UC Davis. Sleeping in...work. Sleeping in. COD. Babysitting (siblings). Sleeping in. Park. Volleyball practice. Hanging out. Sleeping in. Chico for a volleyball match (fun little roadtrip). UC Davis Decision Day. Sleeping in. Family day. Easter :).

Overall a very satisfying appreciated break. I just wish it had lasted longer :p.

First Day Back

Spring break was a great time. I went to LA to visit my family. I had a great time with them. I also had a great time checking out some colleges. I saw CSU Northridge, CSU Channel Islands, and Loyola Marymount. Myfavorite being LMU. Overall I had a great time in LA.
But now being back, it has been tough. I got a fight with my friends, a fight with my mom, yelled at by my neighbor, and found out I'm failing two classes. Great.

break

break is over and school is back in full swing. everyone is getting stressed out with ap test right around the corner along with all of the teachers who have decided to give their classes test. Even though we just got back from break, everyone is filling the pressure. also with spring sports winding down and fall sports picking up students have even more on their plates than before. so the big question is, how long until our next break?
