Blogger like Facebook?

I was just thinking, is there anyway to stay current with comments on your post or a post you have commented? (like facebook). If anyone knows of any little notifications, please let me know :) thanks!

If you comment on a post, there is a little button you can check to email follow up comments to your email adress.
